Tayfun Kaymakci is Expert Director and Head of Academy at EFESO.
With over 20 years of professional experience in the training and consulting business, Tayfun focuses on capability building in industrial organizations. Tayfun’s goal is to empower managers and professionals for performance improvement through skills development and behavioral change. Areas of expertise include the establishment of in-house academies, blended learning programs, and experiential learning environments.
Together with a dedicated expert team, Tayfun supports cross-sectoral client companies across a wide range of qualification topics including operational excellence, digitalization, leadership and change management – always with a commitment to provide hands-on learning experiences and to develop the mindset, toolset and skillset.
Tayfun holds a Diploma in Business Administration with studies in International Business from the University of Applied Sciences Mainz.
He speaks English, German and Turkish.
