Sasa combines deep expertise in leadership development, coaching, and change management with extensive operational experience across the pharmaceutical, bio-tech, aviation, automotive, and building materials industries. At EFESO, Sasa leads programs focused on operational excellence, leadership development, and organizational transformation across Europe.
Sasa specializes in people-centered transformation, combining analytical capabilities with strong leadership and coaching methodologies to drive sustainable business results. Expertise includes operational excellence, leadership coaching, organizational development, supply chain transformation, and change management. Sasa supports leadership teams in building high-performing organizations, strengthening collaboration, and developing capabilities that enable long-term operational and cultural improvements.
Before joining EFESO, Sasa spent nearly 18 years at Philip Morris International in senior international roles across governance, collaboration, supply chain, logistics, operations planning, and information systems in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Earlier career experience includes positions at Accenture as Senior System Analyst and at Capgemini as Service Manager, building a strong foundation in technology, operations, and international project management.
Sasa holds certifications as a Dipl. Wertorientierter Systemischer Business Coach and Dipl. Wertorientierter Systemischer Coach & Berater from CoachAkademieSchweiz and earned the “Expert Coaching Skills” certification from the International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI). Languages spoken include English and German.
